Thinking about buying a top quality grill? I went through everything you are going through now and ended up buying an Iron Works OCB-24.

The point of this page is:

1) I'm very impressed with the quality of their product, it is very well made, easy to use, and looks good too.

2) I'm even more impressed with the quality of their service. They answer questions on every aspect of the grill, and provide immediate fixes for whatever goes wrong. ("Hose to tank hard to attach properly? We'll send you a new one.")

3) You and I can both get $100 if you decided to participate in their Refer-a-Friend program. Just tell them that I (Will Kazez, will@kazez.com) sent you, and we both get a $100 gift certificate for accessories - yahoo! To get the $100, we both need to tell them about the purchase, so let me know if you decide to buy a grill.

4) Finally, my one complaint about their product is that it isn't carried by many dealers. I found the information on their website very useful and accurate. (Now that I've got the grill I can say this, I didn't know for sure when I placed the order.) I think their web info is a little heavy on the hype. Sure they've got lots of letters from satisfied customers there, but how would you know if they've got lots of letters from unsatisfied that they aren't publishing? I'm kind of a skeptic when it comes to making purchases. At any rate, I thought you might find my opinions more believable since they aren't coming directly from Iron Works.
